2. Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (we don’t store credit card details).
- Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across Australia (and internationally if offered at checkout).
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Once shipped, delivery delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and resaleable.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility.
