Shipping & Delivery

We aim to get your order moving as quickly as possible.

Australian orders

Australian orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.

International orders

International orders are generally delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing and local delivery networks.

For our international customers, we may ship your order directly from our supplier where this helps get it to you faster. This means your order may arrive in plain protective packaging, rather than RetroPods-branded packaging.

Don’t worry — your order is still carefully packed and sent with the same RetroPods love.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, customs delays or carrier delays.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Change of mind? No problem — returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
