Australia: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

International: Delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout. Please note that customs delays are outside our control.

All orders are packed with care in Australia. Some items may ship directly from our warehouse partners to save you time and cost.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

🔁 Returns

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

Change of mind? No problem — returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense.
