• Australia: Orders process in 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on location.
• International: Times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control.

Returns

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
• Change of mind returns accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and resellable.
• Return shipping for change of mind is the customer’s responsibility.
